The Book of Joe, by Jonathan Tropper
I also bought three more books to put in the library, but I'll tell you about those when I bring them home to read. All-in-all, a pretty good trip!
Well, that's it for me. Thanks to Kristi again for hosting. This is always a fun weekend activity for me. Thanks for stopping by, and I'll be interested in your mailboxes. (Well, actually, if you have an interesting mailbox, I'll look at it, but I'm more interested in what books came in it this week....)
I went to Borders yesterday and the shelves were bare. Absolutely nothing that I wanted to read. Amazing. Good for my pocketbook!
ReplyDeleteoooh the vegetarian cookbook looks great!
ReplyDeleteI loved Behemoth! I just got Goliath last week and I can't wait to read it.
ReplyDeleteIf you're looking for good veg cookbooks I highly recommend The Moosewood cookbooks - Super Simple Suppers is my favorite. But for $2.50 any cookbook (especially ones with color pictures) is awesome!

Nice set of books this week. 2.50 is a great price for a cookbook. I personally love the ones with photos. I like to see what I am going to be making
ReplyDeleteHappy reading,
