Who's your all-time favorite Book Villain??
The first one that came to mind is Voldemort, of course. You can't deny he's pretty bad. But there are some others that I think worth mentioning. Kyle Craig, from James Patterson's Alex Cross series is the epitome of a "real-life" bad guy -- the kind you can lose sleep over. Another one that I just have to mention is Annie Wilkes from Stephen King's Misery. She makes my blood run cold -- and can I just say, Kathy Bates' rendition of that character was superb. She's a master too.
Hope you have a great week. Thanks for stopping by. See you at the next hop, if not before!

Voldemort was our choice, too! Scary. Haha. New follower, btw! :)
ReplyDeleteAnnie Wilkes!!! Yes! I didn't even think of her! :)
ReplyDeleteOh yes, how could I have forgotten about Voldemort?! haha.. Great villain picks. It is so hard to pick the worst... because there are so many that are written so well. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAnnie Wilkes is a great choice! I used to metaphorically threaten JK Rowling that I'd become Annie Wilkes if she killed Ron in Deathly Hallows. Luckily, I didn't have do any transforming or crazy stuff.
ReplyDeleteHappy hop. Voldemort is very scary
ReplyDeleteVillains aren't my typical fare. But I managed to think up three. Happy Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteMine is Old Voldy, too! Great minds think alike.

Voldemort is a very scary villain... not sure if I can say that he's my "favorite" though. I like the early scenes - the flashbacks that we get of Tom Riddle.
ReplyDeleteKathy Bates has got to be every author's worst nightmare, right? I've never read the book as most horror is too scary for me.
