In My Mailbox (at My Library!)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted at The Story Siren. I didn't get a lot of new books this week, so I decided to show you where I get most of my books from -- my library!

So, as you can see from the video, I finally got a copy of Nightshade, by Andrea Cremer.

I also got Shine, by Lauren Myracle downloaded onto my Kindle from NetGalley!

I hope you all had a great week -- book-wise, and otherwise! I'm looking forward to seeing what's In Your Mailbox!

IMM - Happy New Year edition!

I thought there wasn't going to be anything to report, but a trip to Borders armed with a coupon and $10 Borders Bucks reward took care of that problem!

This is hosted by The Story Siren, but there's not a linky there this week, so you'll just have to hunt for all the other great IMM posts.

Any thoughts on how I can get the sound to match up with the video? When I play it on my computer, it's fine, but after I upload, it's AWFUL.  Please leave a comment if you have any suggestions and thanks.
Books mentioned:

iDracula, by Bekka Black

The Lipstick Laws, by Amy Holder

Cross Fire, by James Patterson

Matched, by Ally Condie

Hope you had a great book week too! Thanks for stopping by.

In My Mailbox -- My first VLOG!

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren to showcase new books we've added to our TBR. There's no linky on her page this week, but I'm posting my IMM anyway.

I got brave, with some of my other blogging friends, and decided to try a VLOG.  Here's what I came up with. When I watched it, the last word got cut off--should say Hope you have a great WEEK!"

Books mentioned in the video:

A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens
Eat, Pray, Love, by Elizabeth Gilbert
The Dressmaker, by Posie Graeme-Evans
House Rules, by Jodi Picoult
So Much Closer, by Susane Colasanti
Pride & Prejudice, Emma, & Sense & Sensability, by Jane Austen
LittleWomen, by Charlotte Bronte

and my current read:

Unearthly, by Cynthia Hand

What did you add to your pile this week?
