Signup! 2015 EBook Reading Challenge

Time to clean up those e-readers! Welcome to the sign up page for the 2015 EBook Reading Challenge!

Challenge Guidelines:

This challenge will run from Jan 1, 2015 – Dec 31, 2015.

Anyone can join, you don’t need to be a blogger. If you don’t have a blog, feel free to sign-up in the comments. You can post reviews to any book site (i.e. Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Smashwords, Goodreads, etc).

Any genre or length of book counts, as long as it is in ebook format.

You can plan your books in advance or as you read them.

When you sign up in the linky, put the direct link to your post about joining the E-Book Reading Challenge.

Sign-ups will be open throughout 2015, so feel free to join at any time during the year.

Levels:

1. Bits – 5 ebooks
2. Bytes – 10 ebooks
3. Megabytes – 25 ebooks
4. Gigabytes – 50 ebooks
5. Terabytes – 75 ebooks
6. Empty the Cloud – 100 ebooks

At the beginning of each month there will be a roundup post for you to add your reviews for that month. The linky will remain open for the remainder of the year, so if you forget, feel free go back and add them when you remember.

Sign up for the 2015 Ebook Challenge below. Please use the direct URL to the post where you join the challenge and declare your level.

  3. I signed up for gigabytes. Although, since majority of my books are digital, I might end up reading more. Good luck to all of us!

  5. I just stumbled upon this challenge and signed up, even though I am being super-picky about doing any this year! I read most of my books on my e-reader, so this is worth participating in. Thanks, Annette, and I look forward to seeing the other folks' reviews.

    1. Review linkups will be posted at the beginning of each month for the previous month. They will be open until the end of the year, so you can add to them at any time.

    2. Am I correct in understanding that in February you will post a link for January?

  7. Hi Annette,
I posted my link up above from my blog where I declared I will be doing the Gigabyte Challenge, and this is the link: http://www.lauriehere.com/2015/01/2015-ebook-reading-challenge-i-declare.html
BUT, that will NOT be where I will be listing all my books at on my blog.
I have one full page, a TAB up at the top of my blog, a complete page dedicated to only 2015 Challenges.
I am participating in several Challenges, and for 'my' ease and the ease of my 'readers', too, I list ALL Challenges on that ONE specific page. This way Readers aren't having to search around for all of the Challenges I am in. They are ALL in ONE place, one full PAGE.
I just want to let you know about this so later in the year if you were to go to that link, you won't find one single book listed on that link.
HOPE this doesn't cause you any confusion later on in the Challenge. If it does, please contact me at laurieisreading at g mail dot com.
    Thanks much!

    1. That's absolutely fine. We're pretty laid back here. As a matter of fact, that's exactly how I keep track of my challenges (you can see the tab also at the top of my page.) You can also link up to my monthly posts with what you've read too.

    2. Thanks, Annette!
I got your message on my blog - THANK YOU!!! I also thought I'd check HERE, too! I'm SO glad I did because yes, I DO see YOUR page of ONLY Challenges, too! Hey! GREAT minds think alike! LOL!!! We also do a Book Review Archive, too! I don't do a 2015 separate one like you do, but I mark each book the year I read it starting last year, 2014. I should have done that all along but didn't think about doing it until last year! Oh, well! Now the books I add will be 2015! I'll add the year, again!
I'm SO glad to have gotten to meet you! This is one of the BEST things about going around to other blogs, and that is meeting other book lovers!
      Thanks, again!
      Laurie

    1. Didn't realize I had to upgrade my linky account to get multiple widgets to display. When I created the new one, this one died. I've upgraded, so hopefully soon it will be available again. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for joining!

  13. I signed up for bytes. I've already read 2 ebooks (as well as a few actual books, but those obviously don't count), so I feel pretty good about reaching my goal.
